  • Melissa Janiszewski is a visionary public sector leader with over 20 years of experience in public health, social services, and community economic development, working across the U.S. and globally.
    With deep expertise in public health systems, health policy, and culturally responsive prevention, Melissa has led transformative initiatives that improve outcomes for children, families, and underinvested communities. She has worked in partnership with government agencies, philanthropic institutions, and nonprofits to design and implement strategies that address systemic inequities and promote long-term, community-centered impact.

    Her leadership is grounded in equity, informed by decades of cross-sector collaboration, and defined by her ability to navigate complexity, align diverse stakeholders, and deliver results through bold, values-driven action.

  • Katherine (Kat) Jarvis is a strategic and action-oriented professional with 15 years of multi-sector experience, including seven years in the nonprofit sector, four years of business development, and four years in local government. Kat has a unique blend of experiences and skills including leading process improvement and strategic operations and loves a good whiteboard or sticky note brainstorm session. Kat understands how to turn vision and strategy into action.
